Abasiama Akpan is the founder of Regenesis, an identity formation and development strategy organization built on the premise that all of life flows from identity. She works as an identity coach, consultant, speaker, and author, developing original frameworks — including Identity Thinking, The Identity Environment, and the Theory of Ownership — that help individuals, leaders, and institutions build from a grounded sense of who they are.

She is the author of BE: The Genesis of Identity Thinking.

Through Regenesis, Abasiama continues to develop identity thinking as both an intellectual framework and a practical tool for personal and institutional transformation.
